Veronica Green has an incredible gift when it comes to makeup. Of course, it helps that she’s learned from some of the best, starting with her mother Patricia Green who is an Emmy Award-winning makeup artist. Vee has also trained and worked with Academy Award winner Matthew Mungel, Academy Award nominees Anne Brodie and Gord Smith, and Emmy Award-winner Donald Mowatt.
Veronica has worked as a professional makeup artist for fashion, photography, bridal, film, television and SFX since the 1970s. Her movie credentials include Blues Brother 2000, Bride of Chucky, D2K Dracula 2000, and Studio 54 for which she assisted as the SFX makeup artist for Mike Myers. She was the key makeup artist on the TV series Eerie Indiana, and TV movie Shadow Lake. For the TV movie of the week Prince Charming, Veronica was the personal makeup artist for Christina Applegate.
Veronica is also one of a small handful of makeup teachers in Canada with such versatility. She has taught courses in film, television and SFX makeup as well as fashion photography makeup at a number of the top schools in Toronto since 1985, including Complections International, George Brown College, and The School of Makeup Art (SOMA).
